Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–14 days in total, including processing. Most orders arrive within 10 days. Every order ships with full tracking, and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

 

Order tracking

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, that's normal during transit between carriers — but you're always welcome to contact us at support@getdoorguard.com.

 

Delays

In rare cases, deliveries can be delayed by customs or carrier volume. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full — your choice.

 

Address changes

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer redirect it.
